You'll work at the intersection of user needs, data, and organizational strategy to drive the AI-first transformation journey that we are on — defining problems worth solving, shaping measurable outcome-based goals, and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver real value. This is a hands-on role for someone who communicates with clarity, deciphers ambiguity, and knows how to keep a team moving in the right direction with discipline.
