They will engage with multiple teams at local, regional or global level and contribute to providing robust solutions against business priorities, and in line with the wider technical strategy, whilst ensuring system compliancy.

Subject Matter Expert for Workday Reporting & Analyticsfunctionality, understanding of other modules, and general Workday system capabilities.

Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. 

Meticulous attention to detail, especially when configuring Workday and managing data.

Ability to challenge demand requests and provide alternatives when appropriate.
