Position overview: We are looking for a Product Manager - Digital Payments to lead the evolution of our payments platform, ensuring it becomes a driver of conversion, efficiency, and customer loyalty through innovation, scalability, and monetization.
- Technology stack: Agile Practices: Scrum, Kanban
- Collaboration Tools: Figma, Jira, Confluence
- Payments Ecosystem: PSPs, acquirers, local and regional networks, wallets
- Compliance & Security: PCI DSS, PSD2, LGPD (desirable certifications)
- Data & Analytics: Strong data-driven decision making, KPI tracking
- Responsibilities: Define and execute the payments roadmap, aligned with business strategy and customer experience
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary squads (tech, fraud, UX, finance) to deliver high-impact features
