Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the assigned portfolio, aligning with company goals and market opportunities. Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from portfolio selection to product launch, commercialization, and eventual retirement. Lead the development and execution of go‑to‑market plans for new product launches, ensuring seamless coordination across all functions. Develop and manage marketing materials and promotional campaigns. Monitor product performance through pre‑established KPIs and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
