The Product Manager, D2C is a pivotal role, responsible for strengthening Brother’s Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) channel. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, B2C, this role defines, plans, and operationalizes Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies to drive profitable growth, bridging Product Planning, Digital, Customer Experience (CX), Marketing, and GTM Operations teams. The Product Manager ensures that category offering, pricing, promotion and placement decisions are aligned with customer insights, revenue goals and strategic business outcomes.
