As part of the Fortnite Creator Ecosystem team, Product Management collaborates with development, publishing, marketing, and platform teams to define product strategy informed by data and market insights. The team aims to empower creators to operate as game publishers, with the tools, insights, and support needed to build, launch, grow, and monetize successful games. This work centers on two core areas: enabling a robust creator publishing ecosystem and supporting sustainable creator monetization.
As a Product Management Director, you’ll be the owner of a critical part of the Fortnite developer economy. You will define strategy, guide execution, and ensure that monetization systems are balanced, scalable, policy‑aligned, and empowering for creators.
