Job Title: Product Development Manager
Salary Range: CAD$85,220.00 – CAD$106,550
Working Type: On-Site

To manage new product development and existing product development projects so they launch on time and achieve commercial targets. Achieve this through efficient collaboration with customers and internal functions, in particular Procurement, Operations and Quality.

Responsibilities

• Project Manage new products from start to launch following the New Product Development Stage & Gate Process
• The main point of contact for customer product developers
• Weekly meetings with customer developers
• Communicate NPD Briefs from customers to wider business, set up and manage projects on internal system
• Lead cross functional Feasibility Meetings to establish if & how concepts can be made and at what cost
