Procurement Services under the AVP Strategy, Enterprise and Commercial is currently seeking a Full‑time Regular Procurement Specialist.
Reporting to the Manager, Procurement Services, the Procurement Specialist supports sourcing and contracting activities across the University’s diverse business units, including support for research and scientific initiatives. The role contributes to the identification of cost‑effective procurement solutions through application of total cost management principles and supports continuous improvement opportunities with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Key accountabilities include supporting supplier selection processes, contract negotiations, purchase order issuance, and ongoing contract administration. The Procurement Specialist may participate in working groups or committees and performs related duties as required.
