The Procurement Lead is accountable for driving complex, multi‑stakeholder procurement initiatives, including high‑value and high‑risk RFPs, while maintaining strong alignment with key internal partners. The role is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing strategies, negotiating commercial and contractual agreements, and managing critical spend portfolios to maximize value and mitigate risk. It oversees procurement activities across a broad range of mine operations categories, such as industrial trades, MRO, maintenance services, mobile and fixed plant equipment, haulage and site services, aggregates, fuels and explosives, logistics, and capital projects.
