Support daily procurement operations by executing essential purchasing tasks, maintaining vendor communication, and ensuring timely order processing.

Issue and maintain purchase orders and track delivery timelines.
Review BOMs and artwork files for accuracy.
Maintain procurement trackers and update order statuses.
Communicate with vendors to confirm pricing, availability, and delivery.
Escalate discrepancies related to BOMs, pricing, or artwork.
Collaborate with internal teams (Graphics, AMs) to resolve order issues.
Assist in inventory checks and component creation requests.
Participate in daily team meetings to review pending orders and priorities.
ECM (Invoice/AP) issue closure for own orders and colleagues when necessary
Obtain pricing and maintain price books as needed under direction from Sr. Buyer
Take on special projects as requested to support Sr. Buyer
