Responsibilities

• Set the daily production plan, communicate and review progress, risks, and issues that could impact the plan with team leads and employees.
• Adjust plans as needed to maintain safety, quality, and on time delivery and escape issues to Supervisor as needed.
• Conduct regular observations to check system health, identify risks, and engage with employees.
