Processing Associate

We are a leading North American insurance brokerage that advises businesses and individuals on how to reach their goals. This position partners with our personal lines teams to process renewals, endorsements, new business, and cancellations across multiple branches.

Responsibilities

• Process personal lines renewals, endorsements, new business and cancellations for multiple branches.
• Compare data on documents received from insurance carriers to existing data within client files.
• Contact the personal lines sales team about any discrepancies.
• Update broker management system with required changes.
• Bill client premiums.
• Request cheques for client refunds.
• Prepare document packages to provide to our clients.
• Provide excellent customer service to our personal lines sales teams.
