THT & Soldering is responsible for leading Through-Hole Technology (THT) and soldering operations, including wave, selective, and manual soldering processes. • Lead optimization of wave soldering profiles including flux application, preheat configuration, dwell time, and conveyor speed.
• Own selective soldering programming and nozzle optimization.
