Your Job

We are hiring a Process Engineer – Taper (Twinax) to lead analysis, optimization, validation, and control of Twinax cable manufacturing processes, with emphasis on taping (helical application of metallic and transparent tape) and working knowledge of cable extrusion. You will drive successful New Product Introductions (NPI), improve productivity, reduce scrap and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ), and ensure stable, high-quality production through robust process qualification and continuous improvement.

Our Team

You will join the Process Engineering team and partner closely with New Product Development (NPD), Quality, and Production to industrialize and support cable manufacturing processes. The team is collaborative, results-oriented, and focused on improving process capability and operational performance.
