Project, Vendor and Digital Initiative Privacy Support
These responsibilities support privacy work arising from transformation initiatives, new projects, vendor onboarding, and change activities:
Lead assigned Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) for low-to-moderate risk projects and vendors by collecting project and vendor information, identifying privacy risks, and documenting mitigation measures, under the guidance of the Senior Privacy Specialist.
Provide privacy guidance to project teams and business partners during project planning and implementation activities, escalating complex matters as required.
Review vendor privacy documentation and assess alignment with SE Health privacy requirements and elevate gaps and risks for senior review.
Prepare briefing notes, summaries and presentation materials for internal stakeholders and project teams related to privacy requirements and assessments.
