Principal Mechanical Engineer - Buildings

Opportunity: Your role as a Principal, Senior Mechanical Engineer is in leading a team of highly skilled Engineers, Engineers in Training, Technologists, Designers and Co-op staff to successfully execute projects of varying sizes and complexity. The Principal Mechanical Engineer role is also responsible for contributing to the development, mentoring, and coaching of team members using your specialized knowledge of mechanical systems, means and methods, materials, and industry standards. You will be responsible for aligning and enforcing technical quality for all your deliverables and advance the efficiency and efficacy of all mechanical team members.

Project types include new construction and renovation of:

• Healthcare
• Warehouses, Distribution Centres, Fulfillment Centres, and Parcel Sortation Facilities
• Vehicle maintenance facilities for light rail, heavy rail, bus, fleet, etc.
