About the Role

New Heights School & Learning Services (est. 1999), is a kindergarten to Grade 12 independent school serving approximately 125 neurodivergent students, including those with autism spectrum disorder and similar learning differences. Our approach builds on and engages each student’s strengths and interests to address developmental goals while teaching the Alberta Program of Studies.

Key Responsibilities

Working collaboratively the Leadership Team, you will:

• Inspire and lead a collaborative school culture that prioritizes a safe, welcoming, and positive environment.
• Build strong relationships with students, staff, families, and the broader community.
• Serve as a visible and positive ambassador for the school.
