Description We are looking for a Principal HR Business Partner to lead the people strategy for Amazon's International Tax and International Communications & Corporate Responsibility (CCR) organizations — two highly complex, globally dispersed functions operating at the intersection of regulatory, reputational and cultural priorities. Reporting to the International G&A HR Leader, this individual will partner directly with executive leaders across EMEA, APAC and the Americas to drive organizational design, executive development, and HR excellence at scale.
