Support the engineering team in design activities, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and installation requirements.
Collaborate with engineering, procurement, and logistics to resolve design non‑conformities. Review and interpret customer specifications and contractual documents to ensure full project compliance.
Review engineering designs and SolidWorks drawings for quality and conformity. Create, revise, and release special work instructions.
Assist the Project Engineer with technical documentation.
Lead complex problem‑solving related to design or manufacturing.
Conduct supplier or site visits to support troubleshooting.
Apply continuous improvement principles to enhance performance.
Qualifications
Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering or technical position within a metallic, welded, or mechanical assembly environment.
