Responsibilities
Reporting to the Manager - Data & Digital Head of Technology Escondida.
Acting as Escondida BHP counterpart for outsourcing contracts for Applications Support ensuring that delivery of services are provided within the agreement, SLA’s, metrics, KPIs and financial target.
Keeping the services operative, agreeing the RPO (Recovery Point Objective) and RTO (Recovery Time Objective), testing and maintaining up-to-date Service Continuity Management and Disaster Recovery Plans.
Responsible for managing the budget associated with the Portfolio, including forecasting and leading the actions required to address deviations.
