Brunel is looking for a Principal Advisor – Underground for our mining client. This strategic role within the Customer Success department focuses on enhancing customer loyalty, fostering long‑term relationships, and providing global leadership to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions. The position involves close collaboration with various departments to deliver value to customers and maintain leadership in digital reality solutions for the mining industry.

• Act as a Subject Matter Expert for technologies.
• Work alongside regional AMs/BDMs to support them during the pre/post‑sales process by defining & scoping technology solutions for mining customers.
