Emergency and Response: maintain personal knowledge and skills in accordance with the Alberta Occupational Competency Profile (AOCP) to deliver optimum patient care.
Safely operate MHS-West vehicles in accordance with the MHS-West Health and Safety Manual, Operational Guidelines, and all provincial and federal regulations.
Stock and maintain vehicles in a state of readiness at all times.
Work in hazardous environments to ensure the safety and stabilization of the patient.
Work with outside agencies as a team in a coordinated effort on behalf of the patient.
Document all patient care, assessments, and skills within the patient care report in a timely and legible fashion.
Punctual and ready to respond at the start of the shift.
Act in a professional manner and handle conflict situations with good judgment.
