About This Opportunity

The Toronto Blue Jays are seeking an experienced Prep Cook to fulfill an opening within our Major League kitchen. The position is part-time contract, and will be based in Toronto, ON for the duration of the Major League baseball season (March 2026 - November 2026).


Responsibilities

  • Prepares meal ingredients and items as directed by the Executive Chef

  • Assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed

  • Assist with preparation of food items (meats, fruits, breads, etc.) as directed by Executive Chef

  • Maintains compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards

  • Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and adhering to all company and city guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation

  • Assists with unloading, inspection, and storage of raw ingredients and supplies
