Detailing architectural and structural precast concrete members, including bridges, building and miscellaneous members
Create Precast building layouts
Working with structural and architectural contract drawings
Other duties as assigned.
Technical Requirements
Post-Secondary education in Civil, Architectural, or Structural Technology is preferred, however, less education combined with appropriate experience will be taken into consideration
Minimum 5 years’ experience with drafting/detailing and experience using a computerized drafting software package
Business Requirements
Ability to work in a steady and even pace to promote accuracy and quality of work
High attention to detail
Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset
Ability to read architectural and structural drawings is a requirement
