Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma in Computer Science or related field
8+ years of experience in a related role.
In-depth knowledge of IT systems & databases
A working knowledge of Linux or Unix Operation systems, and associated programming languages and advanced PC skills in appropriate Microsoft Office programs required.
Deep Data analytic skills.
Ability to influence and negotiate at all levels up to & including C‑Suite, garnering a trusted advisor position
Must have strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical capabilities and analytical concepts using laymen's terms while articulating their value.
Experience in the credit reporting, financial services, or direct marketing industry
Knowledge of Customer Loan Origination systems is an asset.
