Serve as a senior subject matter expert for Microsoft 365 collaboration and workforce AI solutions, including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, Teams Voice, and/or Power Platform.
Lead complex collaboration transformations such as tenant‑to‑tenant migrations, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, reorganizations, and large‑scale SharePoint migrations.
Design secure, scalable Microsoft 365 architectures aligned to enterprise strategy in partnership with cloud, infrastructure, networking, and security teams.
Integrate AI capabilities such as Copilot and Copilot Studio into collaboration and productivity solution designs.
Develop and continuously improve methodologies, standards, and best‑practice frameworks for Microsoft collaboration solutions.
Support the creation and evolution of Microsoft collaboration and workforce AI service offerings.
