Student interns in the Human Resources Department will support recruitment, onboarding, administrative tasks, and compliance initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The role includes scheduling interviews, managing candidate records, processing payroll support, and assisting with employee relations.

• Assist with phone and in‑person interviews.
• Maintain personnel files and provide updated reports.
• Coordinate onboarding activities and submit documentation to payroll.
