Job Overview

Power Platform Adoption and Enablement Lead – responsible for owning the full adoption lifecycle of Microsoft Power Platform across the organization, focusing on LATAM and ANJK regions. The role bridges the platform and its people, partnering with the Function & Learning team to build scalable enablement programs, drive adoption metrics, and embed a citizen developer culture.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the Power Platform adoption roadmap across all business units and regions.
  • Define milestones, targets, and success criteria in partnership with the Platform Delivery Lead.
