An American law firm is expanding its Brazil‑based support team and seeking talented, English‑fluent professionals to join our operations in Brazil.

We handle U.S.-based cases and client communications, and we're looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced legal environment.

We are hiring for three roles: Licensed Attorneys, Case Managers, and Administrative Assistants.

Monday–Friday | Weekends off

Hybrid model: up to 4 remote workdays per month

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, proofread, and file legal documents including notices, subpoenas, and correspondence
• Maintain and organize electronic case files and support case management workflows
• Schedule appointments and coordinate communications with clients, insurance adjusters, medical providers, outside counsel, and court personnel
