Responsibilities:
Handle production support for Teamcenter Resolve complex incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent fixes Coordinate with customer IT/business teams and Siemens GTAC Support Teamcenter modules (BOM, Change, Document, Classification, Integrations) Participate in onsite status calls, SLA reviews, and escalations Guide L2 teams and contribute to knowledge base and SOPs
