About This Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

PLC & Control System Management

  • Manage and maintain PLC systems, HMI/SCADA interfaces, and communication networks of EPB TBMs and backup systems.
  • Diagnose and rectify PLC, automation, and control?related faults to minimize TBM downtime.
  • Monitor real?time TBM data, alarms, and trends to identify system abnormalities and performance issues.
  • Ensure proper functioning of sensors, instrumentation, encoders, and feedback systems integrated with the PLC.

    • Operational Support

  • Provide technical support to TBM Operators, Shift Managers, and Engineers for control?system?related issues.
  • Support commissioning, start?up, and troubleshooting of TBMs and auxiliary systems.
  • Assist in adjusting control logic and parameter settings in coordination with TBM OEMs and tunnel management.
