Scope Of Work*PrimaryShared Across Functionally• Group Leader is responsible for overall performance of various projects / sub – groups of the department assigned to him/her
• To monitor the progress of project work with respect to schedule, man-hours spent keeping in view the quality aspect.
• To ensure tracking of productivity of engineering deliverables
• Develop & ensure a system for customer relationship management; customer complaints & response time
• Create new business opportunities through proposals
• Ensure SOPS are in place and error free deliverables as per standard quality requirements
• Ensure up-gradation of skills in new thrust technical areas
 • Ensure participation as an Assessor for TLP / MLP•Lead the team of engineers, designers/draftsman, and modelers and provide technical support and guidance. Interact with various disciplines, vendors & clients. And resolve the IDC issues
