Oversee all daily operations within the fabrication facility, ensuring
projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and to specification. This leader manages the shop floor team, coordinates workflow, allocates resources, enforces quality standards, and supports continuous improvement in production processes.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
Production Planning and Coordination Schedule and prioritize fabrication jobs according to project deadlines and available resources.
Review fabrication drawings, material lists, and production requirements to plan workflow. Coordinate with project managers, estimators, and engineers to clarify specifications or resolve production issues.
