Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations – Bimbo Bakehouse, the incumbent will lead and develop the Bimbo Bakehouse plant management team to achieve safety, quality, and production goals. The role oversees the overall activities of two plants in the Greater Toronto Area, including production, maintenance, and sanitation departments, in a fast‑paced environment. The leader mobilizes resources to enhance safe operations, optimize product quality, maintain compliance with GMP, Food Safety, and Occupational Health & Safety requirements, and ensure efficient production line performance.
