Position Overview

Reporting to the Senior Director, Operations – Bimbo Bakehouse, the incumbent will lead and develop the Bimbo Bakehouse plant management team to achieve safety, quality and production goals while exceeding customer expectations in a cost‑effective manner. Specifically, this position manages the overall activities of two plants in the Greater Toronto Area, overseeing production, maintenance, and sanitation departments in a fast‑paced environment.
