We are seeking a hands‑on and adaptable Plant Manager Assistant to support early‑stage plant operations in a food manufacturing environment. This role carries out day‑to‑day supervisory responsibilities and participates in production planning, staff scheduling, inventory coordination, and routine quality control activities to support efficient and compliant plant operations.
