About This Opportunity

Lead the facilities management at Mondelēz International’s Toronto plant. Your focus on safety and reliability will drive operational excellence and environmental sustainability.
The Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of plant infrastructure and utilities while supporting production objectives. You will manage change, coach teams, and embed a culture of continuous improvement while optimizing costs and resources. Your leadership will play a crucial role in achieving compliance with safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Champion health, safety, and environmental compliance
