The plant controller oversees the financial aspects of the plant, focusing on raw material and yield analysis while supporting the team in managing labor and other expenses. This role, as a business partner to the manufacturing team, aims to ensure the accuracy of financial information, help interpret results, optimize operations, and carry out transformation projects.
