Sidel is looking for a Field Service Engineer Planner, who will be in charge of scheduling the intervention for our Field Service Engineers.
High skills on people, time and conflict management are required.
Spanish, French or Italian are a plus.
Able to give feedback and create development plans.
**Your Mission**:
- Responsible for Field Service Engineer ́s occupation at the assigned territory
- Ensure technicians start the mission with all needed materials and documents for the work assigned
- Ensure consolidation of workload and the planning of required resources for new equipment and service
- Ensure the planning of Project Support/Global resources for complex deals and critical operations
- When necessary align or reroute appropriate technicians to accommodate customer emergencies
