You will lead a team of five overseeing Production Planning and Raw Material Planning for two Swiss manufacturing sites specialized in fruit and vegetable powders.

The role is based in Avignon, France.

Core Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing planning team through effective performance management, talent growth, and succession strategies.
• Drive production and supply planning aligned with service, inventory (MTO/MTS/MTF), and capacity objectives.
• Optimize inventory levels through proactive monitoring, SLOB analysis, and timely corrective actions.
• Act as the primary Supply Chain contact for the site, managing escalations and critical supply constraints.
• Champion cross-functional collaboration to enhance service performance and operational efficiency.
• Co‑lead initiatives with Production to achieve cost reduction and process improvement (batch optimization, cycle time reduction).
