Lead the examination and analysis of complex planning proposals (e.g., planning justification reports) and recommendations, prepares recommended modifications and decisions
Identify problems/concerns with existing programs or legislation and recommend changes or improvements in program structure/delivery
Prepare, present, lead and participate in meetings, seminars, workshops and educational sessions on matters
Provide guidance and advice over municipal planning processes and the development of municipal official plans and zoning by-laws
