Brief Job Description:

The PL Technical Instructor contributes to the training centers—known as Academies— in the development of service technicians. Their primary focus is to design and deliver training for customers, partners, and the Vertiv team, ensuring adherence to the safety and quality standards of the Vertiv Academy.

Responsibilities:

• Develop training programs and assessments


• Manage training content and technical materials related to skills development


• Contribute to discussion forums and uphold the safety philosophy and high technical standards of Vertiv technicians


• Oversee the Vertiv Academy within your region


• Deliver high-level training to Vertiv clients and partners


• Participate in Train-the-Trainer programs and assist in the implementation of new facilities within the region
