About This Opportunity

Location: Kamloops, BC
 Start date: Immediate
 Status: Casual Part - time
Hours : 8 hrs/week
In this role you will:
Provide assistance to supervising Physiotherapists and Occupational Therapists for treatment of Senior Wellness residents
Assist PT's/OT's in performing various components of the resident's treatment plan
Perform various treatments as prescribed and directed by the supervising Physiotherapist
May conduct exercise classes
Set up, prepare, and maintain equipment, and clean up after resident's treatments (such as hot packs, ice, electrical modalities)
Ensure that the gym and treatment area, if applicable, are safe and tidy
Maintain regular ongoing communication with the PT/OT regarding any changes or concerns about a resident's status or treatment interventions
Complete Daily Treatment Records as directed by the PT/OT
