Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, the Regional Rehab Quality Resource provides regional expertise on quality and safety standards and practice issues for Island Health's rehabilitation programs. The role applies evidence‑based practice principles to drive quality improvement through the design, planning, implementation, evaluation and sustainment of clinical standards, policies, procedures, and quality and process improvement initiatives across the rehabilitation continuum, including acute therapy services, inpatient rehabilitation, and community‑based rehabilitation.

The position offers consultation and education to various rehabilitation teams, such as Community Practice Resource, Rehab Navigator, and Operational Practice Support, to ensure that standards and process changes are implemented sustainably.
