This dynamic role offers the chance to lead a skilled multidisciplinary team of Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Recreation Therapists, and Therapy Assistants in delivering high-impact care in a fast-paced acute care environment. As Team Leader, you’ll play a key role in shaping patient care through the development of intervention protocols, education materials, and quality improvement initiatives.
