This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a primary care setting within an interdisciplinary team, providing services to a diverse and complex client group. This role will involve both collaborative and independent practice as well as program and role development. Working within a large interdisciplinary team, the physiotherapist will conduct assessments and provide diagnoses, treatments and care planning for clients with physical or functional mobility deficits. The PT ensures that their practice is evidence-based, client centered and meets the physical therapy standards of practice.
