Role Summary

At MediSystem Pharmacy, a division of Shoppers Drug Mart, you will support pharmacy operations in long‑term care and retirement homes, ensuring efficient medication preparation, inventory management, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Generate automation reports and maintain automation workflow using Kroll pharmacy management software.
• Package medications into unit dose pouches and perform machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain inventory at prescribed minimum stock levels; place orders for supplies and specialty items.
• Prepare inventory counts, assist inventory vendors, and handle drug recalls.
• Prepare packages for shipment, coordinate with team for nursing home deliveries, and troubleshoot shipping delays.
