・Support the preparation and production of cakes and desserts served at the hotel’s 51st-floor main dining venue, The Tavern Grill & Lounge, as well as for banquet events. ・Assist in the production of pastries and desserts for the Andaz Tokyo Pastry Shop, located along Atago Street in Toranomon Hills and directly operated by the hotel.
・Minimum 1 year of experience as a Pastry Chef or Pastry Cook ・Fundamental culinary skills and knowledge ・Availability to work at least three days per week ・Prior hotel kitchen experience not required ・English proficiency not required
