About This Opportunity

Compiling and maintaining personnel records: Record employee information, such as personal data; compensation, benefits and tax data; present; performance comments or reviews; as well as the date and reason for termination. Processing job applications and participating in other employment-related activities. Update employee records to record employee actions and provide information for payroll and other uses.

Review employee records to answer questions and provide information to authorized personnel. Compile data from personnel files and prepare reports using a typewriter or computer. Aptitude, personality, and interest tests can be organized and graded.

Requirements Two years of office experience with the responsibility of continuously performing a variety of complex office activities, including the use of systems. computerized record keeping and substantial public exposure.
