Responsibilities
Offer high-quality customer service and work in collaboration with all team members
Ensure customer retention
Perform risk analysis, assess needs and offer suitable products for renewals, modification requests and new business
Negotiate with several insurers
Ensure collection of accounts receivable
Follow up on recommendations issued by insurers
Assist clients with a claim, report it to insurers and follow up on it
Requirements
Hold the title of personal lines insurance agent or broker and a valid license (AMF)
Have 2-3 years of experience in personal insurance (brokerage is an asset)
